Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: an information recording unit 13 that records, on a storage medium 14, body temperature information measured by a temperature sensor 11 during a period of sleep while associating the information with movement information detected by a movement detection sensor 12 also during a period of sleep; and a basal body temperature identification unit 15 that detects the wake-up timing of a user by analyzing the movement information recorded on the storage medium 14 and identifies the body temperature information measured just prior to the wake-up timing as the basal body temperature. It is thus possible to measure the body temperature of the user in a state of rest during sleep and record the temperature on the storage medium 14, and it is further possible to identify the body temperature recorded just prior to waking up as the basal body temperature.
