A base assembly (100), a base apparatus (1000), and a clothes treatment device. The base assembly (100) comprises a base (1) and a dust collection component (2). The base (1) is provided with an accommodating space for accommodating a cleaning robot (3000). The accommodating space is provided with a dust collection port (12). The dust collection component (2) comprises a dust collection container (22) in communication with the dust collection port (12). The dust collection container (22) is arranged on any side of the accommodating space in the lateral direction.
