Abstract:
A base assembly, applied to an ironing electric appliance. The ironing electric appliance comprises an iron (2) and a cable; the iron (2) is placed on the base assembly (1); the cable is connected to the iron (2) in an inserted manner; the base assembly (1) comprises: a base (10); a starting part (20), provided in the base (10) in a pull-out manner; at least one positioning part (30), provided in the base (10), connected to the starting part (20), and used for limiting the movement of the iron (2); a cover plate (40), provided at one end of the base (10) facing the iron (2), the iron (2) being placed on the cover plate (40); and a supporting part (50), provided in the base (10) and connected to the at least one positioning part (30) and the cover plate (40). When the iron (2) is taken out, the starting part (20) is pulled to drive the at least one positioning part (30) to move to a preset position in the direction opposite to the direction of the iron (2), then the supporting part (50) moves and then lifts the cover plate (40) up; when the iron (2) is stored, the iron (2) is placed on the cover plate (40) and the cover plate (40) is pressed, the supporting part (50) and the at least one positioning part (30) return to original positions, and then the iron (2) is fixed on the base (10). The structure setting realizes storage of the iron and the cable by means of the base assembly.
