Abstract:
A base cloth (2) for a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape (1), which comprises a drawn uniaxially arranged nonwoven fabric (3) and, laminated on one surface thereof, a film layer (4), wherein the nonwoven fabric is prepared by arranging filaments sunned from a thermoplastic resin in the longitudinal direction, to form a web, and further drawing the web in the longitudinal direction with a drawn ratio of 3 to 10. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape also has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (5) provided on the drawn uniaxially arranged nonwoven fabric (3) side of the base cloth (2).
