Abstract:
The present invention provides: a base material having an antibacterial layer attached thereto, said base material being provided with an antibacterial layer which can exert an antibacterial activity within a short time and in which the antibacterial activity can be maintained for a long duration; an antibacterial sheet; a radiographic image capturing device equipped with the base material having an antibacterial layer attached thereto; a touch panel; and a laminate. The base material having an antibacterial layer attached thereto according to the present invention comprises a base material and an antibacterial layer arranged on at least a portion of the surface of the base material, wherein the antibacterial layer comprises a silver-containing antibacterial agent and a porous carrier which can adsorb silver ions and on which silver may be supported, and wherein the relationships respectively represented by formulae (1) and (2) shown below are satisfied.
(1) T/Da > 3.0
(2) T/Db ≤ 3.0
In the formulae, Da represents the average particle diameter of the antibacterial agent, Db represents the average particle diameter of the porous carrier, T represents the average thickness of the antibacterial layer, and each of Da, Db and T is expressed in the unit μm.
