In a radio communication system, in which when a terminal apparatus connects to one base station apparatus and to another base station apparatus, the other base station apparatus selects, from a plurality of frequency bands available to the other base station apparatus, a frequency band in which a control channel is to be transmitted from the terminal apparatus to the other base station apparatus and the selected frequency band is then informed to the terminal apparatus, the one base station apparatus acquires, from the terminal apparatus, information related to the radio qualities related to signals received from the other base station apparatus for one or more of the plurality of frequency bands, then extracts some of the plurality of frequency bands on the basis of the acquired information related to the radio qualities, and then provides, to the other base station apparatus, information indicating said some of the plurality of frequency bands.
