Abstract:
A base station, which communicates using a plurality of carriers each exhibiting different frequency bands, that acquires usage information for the plurality of carriers, and, in response to the usage, produces carrier information relating to at least one of a carrier which a communication device should use and a carrier which the communication device should not use, from amongst the plurality of carriers. The base station device notifies the carrier information to the communication device, and the communication device determines a carrier to use to connect to the base station device on the basis of the carrier information.
