Abstract:
A base station (1) has a wireless communication section (11) and a frequency channel control section (15). The wireless communication section (11) forms a primary cell and a secondary cell and is capable of transmitting a physical channel (HS-PDSCH) for data transmission in each of the two cells. The frequency channel control section (15) determines a frequency channel which can be used by the secondary cell, based on the load state of a peripheral cell formed by a peripheral base station (7). Thus, interference from the base station (1) to the peripheral cell is suppressed.
