Abstract:
Provided are a base station device, a terminal device, and a communication method that enable cell searching with a degree of accuracy that satisfies the required conditions of wireless parameter sets. Provided are the following: a wireless reception unit that receives downlink signals, in a frequency bandwidth constituted from a first wireless parameter-set region and a second wireless parameter-set region having a subcarrier interval different from that of the first wireless parameter set; and a synchronization detection unit that establishes synchronization with the base station device, in the aforementioned frequency bandwidth. A synchronization signal sequence of the first wireless parameter set is mapped to the region of the first wireless parameter set, and a synchronization signal sequence of the second wireless parameter set is mapped to the region of the second wireless parameter set. In the aforementioned frequency bandwidth, the synchronization detection unit performs synchronization detection with the base station device, using the synchronization signal sequence of the first wireless parameter set and the synchronization signal sequence of the second wireless parameter set.
