Abstract:
When a radio link failure (RLF) occurs in a radio link that has been established in a first frequency band at a terminal device, a base station device notifies the terminal device of information related to a period for the terminal device to attempt to establish a radio link in the first frequency band. When an RLF occurs in a radio link in the first frequency band, the terminal device attempts to re-establish a radio link in the first frequency band, and when the period elapses with no success in re-establishing the radio link, the terminal device attempts to establish a radio link in a second frequency band which is lower than the first frequency band.
