Title:
BASE-STATION DEVICE, TERMINAL DEVICE, TRANSMISSION METHOD, AND RECEPTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/087685
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This invention achieves good transport characteristics even if the difference between the number of transmit antennas and the number of receiver antennas is small. Modulation symbols are spread and code-multiplexed across the directions of receiver antennas on a terminal device, precoded, and transmitted. This invention is characterized in that the spreading factor of the spreading code used to perform spreading across the directions of the receiver antennas is equal to the number of receiver antennas on the terminal device. By spreading/code-multiplexing across the receiver-antenna directions, the multiplexing factor can be changed, making it possible to provide a base-station device and a terminal device that achieve good transport characteristics even if the difference between the number of transmit antennas and the number of receiver antennas is small.
