Abstract:
In the present invention, a target-side base station has the following: an inter-base station communication unit that receives from a source-side base station a notification signal for a start sequence number that is the start sequence number given to a packet to be transmitted to a user device; and a wireless communication unit that receives from a user device a status report signal that indicates whether the user device received the packet. Even if the status report signal indicates that the start sequence number packet has been received, the wireless communication unit transmits the start sequence number packet to the user device so that the reception window of the user device starts with the number following the start sequence number.
