Abstract:

Provided is a base station being used as the second base station in a mobile communications system comprising a first base station and a second base station, wherein a protected subframe group is set on the first base station, and pattern information which denotes the protected subframe group is issued from the first base station to the second base station. The base station further comprises: a measurement result receiving means for receiving from a user device connected to the base station results of measurement of received signals for which a plurality of the first base stations are the measurement subjects; an interfering base station determination means for determining a plurality of first base stations which are interfering with the user device on the basis of the measurement results received by the measurement result receiving means; and an interfering base station information transmission means for transmitting to a prescribed first base station identifying information which identifies the plurality of first base stations which are determined by the interfering base station determination means.
