Abstract:

A base station pertaining to one embodiment of the present invention has: a receiving unit for accepting an origination request or a response to a call by line-switching from a mobile machine; a packet-switching communication status determination unit for determining, when an origination request or a response to a call by line-switching from a mobile machine is accepted, a status of communication by packet-switching of the mobile machine; and a line-switching communication processing unit for establishing, when communication of the mobile machine is not performed by packet-switching, a line-switching bearer by using a radio parameter for communication by line-switching.
