Abstract:
Provided is a base station system equipped with a control device and a plurality of wireless devices connected to the control device via an optical transmission path. The control device is provided with: a first communication unit for receiving, from each of the plurality of wireless devices via the optical transmission path, a received bit sequence generated by executing signal processing that includes a demodulation process on a wireless signal received from a terminal device by the wireless device and reliability information that is an index of reception reliability of the wireless signal; a selection processing unit for selecting, in accordance with the reliability information about each of the wires devices, one of the plurality of received bit sequences received from the plurality of wireless devices by the first communication unit; and a second communication unit for transmitting the received bit sequence selected by the selection processing unit to an external device.
