Abstract:
In a wireless communication system, in which, in the cell of a first base station that can set ABS, one or more second base stations exist, a base station of the invention is applied as the first or second base station. The base station of the invention comprises a communication unit that notifies a terminal, which is currently performing a communication, of an offset value of the first and second base stations applied to the reception qualities of the cells when it is determined whether an event related to a handover has occurred, the offset value being an offset value as amended on the basis of a ratio of ABS to the whole subframe at the first base station.
