Abstract:
Disclosed is a technique for realizing transmission of an appropriate random access (RA) preamble in an RA procedure. A base station according to one aspect of the present invention has: a communication control unit that controls wireless communication with a user device; and an RA procedure processing unit that processes an RA procedure with the user device, wherein the RA procedure processing unit notifies the user device of the maximum multiplexing number of the RA preamble to a wireless resource that can transmit an RA preamble.
