Abstract:
Provided is a base station for relaying between a wireless terminal and a server that establish a connection, the base station characterized by comprising: a request detection unit for detecting a connection establishment request transmitted by the wireless terminal to the server; a response detection unit which, on the basis of the connection establishment request detected by the request detection unit, detects a confirmation response transmitted by the server to the wireless terminal; and a band allocation unit which, if the response detection unit has detected the confirmation response, makes an allocation such that the band for transmission from the wireless terminal to the server is increased whether or not there is a buffer amount notification from the wireless terminal.
