Abstract:
Provided is a base station that communicates with a plurality of mobile stations in a wireless communication system equipped with a base station and a plurality of mobile stations, the base station having: an acquisition unit for acquiring a channel matrix between the plurality of mobile stations; a selection unit for selecting a combination of two or more mobile stations for communicating via multi-user MIMO from among the plurality of mobile stations; and a communication unit for communicating via the multi-user MIMO with the two or more mobile stations in the selected combination. Therein, for all combinations of two mobile stations among the two or more mobile stations, the selection unit calculates a correlating value in the channel matrix of said two mobile stations, and selects a combination of the two or more mobile stations in a manner such that the correlating value for all combinations of two mobile stations is no greater than a prescribed threshold.
