Abstract:
Provided is a base wire that is used as a coated saw wire having an organic film on the surface, wherein the base wire is able to minimize the peeling of the organic film. Furthermore, the base wire for the coated saw wire provides the coated saw wire with excellent resistance to the peeling of the organic film. The base wire for the coated saw wire having an organic film on the surface has a steel wire and a galvanized layer formed on the surface of the steel wire.
