Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a base capable of reducing the generation of material powder such as metal powder, during screw tightening, capable of preventing any adverse impact of said material powder on mounted electronic devices, and capable of maintaining sufficient screw tightening torque during base attachment; a base for electronic device attachment; and a moving body and attachment structure that comprise the base for electronic device attachment. [Solution] This base comprises a sheet material. The sheet material includes a truncated protrusion having a shape that protrudes in a direction from one surface to another, out of two facing surfaces. The base is characterized by: the protrusion having an opening formed therein having a rim demarcated by an end section on the side surface of the protrusion; the rim of the opening forming a spiral around the central axis of the opening; and a stepped section being formed in the side surface of the protrusion, between the finish end of the spiral and the start end of the spiral.
