Abstract:
A baseball and softball structure, comprising a ball core and a ball cover wherein a fibre material layer is wrapped on the outside of the ball core and the ball cover is wrapped and bonded on the outside of the fibre material layer. The processing technique of the baseball and softball comprises: winding the fibre material layer outside the ball core and then placing the ball core into the ball cover material after sealing and before moulding; thereafter, placing the ball core, the fibre material layer outside the ball core and the ball cover material layer outside the fibre material layer together into a mould; after vulcanization, moulding the ball cover material layer into a ball cover and bonding the vulcanized and melted layer formed by the internal wall of the ball cover and the fibre material layer; and finally, taking the finished product out of the mould. The ball cover of the baseball and softball at least comprises a rubber and a cattle hide milled powder.
