Disclosed are a baseband resource allocation method and device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring parameter configuration information about a base station, wherein the parameter configuration information at least comprises first parameter configuration information about an IQ exchange unit of the base station, second parameter configuration information about a base band processing unit of the base station, and cell parameter configuration information; determining, based on the first parameter configuration information, first ability grade information for characterizing the processing ability of the IQ exchange unit, and determining, based on the second parameter configuration information, second ability grade information for characterizing the processing ability of the baseband processing unit; establishing, based on the first ability grade information and the second ability grade information, a first mapping relation table between the IQ exchange unit and the base band processing unit; and allocating baseband resources for a cell based on the first mapping relation table between the IQ exchange unit and the base band processing unit and the cell parameter configuration information.
