Abstract:
According to the present invention, a fiber for artificial hair comprises: a polyester resin consisting of a PET resin and a PTT resin; a PP resin including 5 to 30 parts by weight, with respect to a total of 100 parts by weight, of the polyester resin; and a polyolefin-based compatibilizer including 3 to 10 parts by weight, with respect to a total of 100 parts by weight, of the polyester resin. In a detailed example, a ratio between the PTT resin and the PET resin falls within a range of 30:70 to 70:30, and a ratio of the PP resin is 5 to 30 parts by weight with respect to a total of 100 parts by weight of the PTT/PET resins. The compatibilizer, in which polyolefin serves as a backbone and vinyl polymer serves as a side chain, is used in order to improve the compatibility between the PP resin and the PET/PPT resins. The fiber of the present invention may comprise, as a matting agent, 0.05 to 5 parts by weight of inorganic fine particles with respect to 100 total parts by weight of the PTT/PET resins.
