Abstract:
A batch-type rice steaming machine, comprising: a rice washing device, comprising a rice washing box (1), a rice discharging opening (1.1) being provided on the rice washing box (1); a rice steaming device, comprising a rice steaming box (2), a bowl lifting rack (3) movably disposed in the rice steaming box (2), and a bowl inlet (2.1) and bowl outlet (2.2) which are provided in the rice steaming box (2); a sub-packaging device, comprising a sub-packaging platform (4) movably disposed on an outer side of the bowl inlet (2.1), a bowl shifting mechanism rotatably disposed on the sub-packaging platform (4), and a bowl distributing mechanism and cover distributing mechanism which are disposed on the sub-packaging platform (4). A bowl feeding guide slot (4.1) is provided on the sub-packaging platform (4), the bowl distributing mechanism successively puts empty bowls into the bowl feeding guide slot (4.1), and the bowl shifting mechanism pushes empty bowls to sequentially pass through the rice discharging opening (1.1), the cover distributing mechanism, and the bowl inlet (2.1) along the bowl feeding guide slot (4.1) and place same on the bowl lifting rack (3). According to the described rice steaming machine, rice washing-sub-packaging-steaming rice can be remotely controlled to be automatically implemented, the production line process of manual rice washing, sub-packaging, and handling is reduced, operation is convenient, the structure of said machine is novel, the degree of intelligence is high, and operation is convenient.
