1) "ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO CAP" is characterized for being formed by a bathing cap (1) with the back part (1A) made in silicone material and the like (2) and the front (1 B) and central (1C) part in nylon and the like (3), having the shape of a cap, hat and the like (4).

2) "ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO CAP", according to claim one, is characterized for allowing the bathing cap (1) to be entirely developed in silicone material and the like (2).

Description:
Title: Bathing cap

The present object refers to a cap developed in flexible and water- resistant material, such as silicone, nylon and the like; it encloses the user's hair and adjusts to the amount of hair and to the head size, keeping the hair dry and protected and preserving the user's good appearance.

The present object is intended to preserve the user's hair, keeping it dry and preventing salty seawater or chlorine from pools from damaging the strands. In addition, it keeps the aesthetics, good appearance and the style of a conventional cap.

Nowadays, there are few models of swimming caps, leaving the user without option. The object in question was developed thinking in solving the problem of protecting hair, offering a more pleasant aesthetics, combining efficiency, practicality and large industrial feasibility.

The object keeps long and short hair dry, both of men and women; it protects the strands from the devastating action of seawater and chlorine from pools and keeps the aesthetics, appearance and style of a conventional cap or hat. It allows the user to normally swim and practice his/her activities in water, without the risk of wetting and damaging hair, particularly dyed hair, exiting the water with elegance and good appearance.

It can be developed partly in flexible silicone, partly in nylon and partly in other flexible and water-resistant materials, with large brim, short brim, shaped as a hat and the like, in variations for men and women.
