Abstract:
In a battery apparatus: a plurality of battery packs including a first battery pack and a second battery pack are connected in parallel; and a plurality of current sensors including a first current sensor for measuring current of the first battery pack and a second current sensor for measuring current of the second battery pack are provided. A processing circuit diagnoses the first current sensor and the second current sensor on the basis of a ratio between the current of the first battery pack and the current of the second battery pack which are calculated on the basis of resistance values or capacities of the plurality of battery packs and a ratio of the current of the first battery pack and the current of the second battery pack which are measured by the plurality of current sensors.
