Abstract:
The present application provides an inspection apparatus (112) for the appearance of a battery (141), a method, a battery swapping station (11), and a station control system (151). The inspection apparatus (112) comprises: first inspection apparatuses (1121), the first inspection apparatuses (1121) being disposed at two sides of a battery swapping channel (111) along a first direction (Y), and used to acquire first appearance information of two sides of the battery (141) in the first direction (Y); and second inspection apparatuses (1122), the second inspection apparatuses (1122) being disposed at two sides of the battery swapping channel (111) along a second direction (X), and used to acquire second appearance information of two sides of the battery (141) in the second direction (X). The first appearance information and the second appearance information is used to determine the appearance of the battery (141), and the first direction (Y) and the second direction (X) are different from each other. The inspection device (112), the method and the station control system (151) provided in the present application can perform inspection of the appearance of a battery (141) during a battery swapping process of the battery (141) ensuring the safety of the battery (141), and thereby avoiding safety issues arising from damage to the battery (141).
