Abstract:
A battery assembly and electronic cigarette; the battery assembly comprising a battery casing (1) and an end cap (2) arranged at the end of the battery casing (1); the end cap (2) comprising a cap body (21) provided on the battery casing (1) as well as a connecting arm (22) extending along one side of the cap body (21) and arranged around the interior of the battery casing (1); the circumferential surface of the connecting arm (22) being provided with at least one arcuate or annular groove (221); a fitting part (11) fitted together with the groove (221) being provided on the battery casing (1) at a position corresponding to the groove (221); the fitting part (11) being inserted into the groove (221); the cap body (21) being provided with a blocking part (212) opposite to the end face of the battery casing (1) and used for preventing the end cap (2) from getting caught in the battery casing (1). The fixation means of the present invention is not harmful to the human body, and even if the battery assembly stands for a long period of time, there is no odor; arranged on the end cap is a groove, and arranged on the side wall of the battery casing is an annular protrusion or boss; structural strength is good, and the connection between the battery casing and the end cap is stable and reliable.
