Abstract:
A battery box locking device (3) and a battery box (2) comprising the battery box locking device (3). The battery box locking device (3) comprises a mounting shell (31), a bolt (32), a flange (33), springs (34) and loosening prevention members (314, 315); the flange (33) cannot rotate in an axial direction of the bolt (32) but can slide along the axial direction; the springs (34) can press the flange (33) so that spiked protrusions (315) on the flange (33) are connected to a hemp stopper disc (314) on the mounting shell (31); and thus the flange (33) and the bolt (32) cannot rotate relative to the mounting shell (31), and the bolt (32) can connect the mounting shell (31) to a body (1) of an electric vehicle. The battery box can be mounted safely and reliably and replaced rapidly and conveniently by means of the locking device; and rigid fixation of the battery box is achieved so that the battery box is prevented from loosening during driving.
