Abstract:
The present invention relates to a battery case forming apparatus comprising: a punch for forming a battery case by pressing a laminate sheet; a die having an accommodation part, which has a size corresponding to that of an electrode assembly accommodation part formed by means of the punch; a holder for fixing the outer circumference of the laminate sheet; and an elastic separation membrane positioned below the punch in order to prevent the punch from coming in direct contact with the laminate sheet. The present invention relates to a technology, which extends the elongation section of the laminate sheet to prevent the laminate sheet from being sectionally over-elongated.
