Abstract:

The present invention relates to a pouch-type battery case, into which an electrode assembly, having a structure in which a separator is interposed between a cathode and an anode, is embedded together with an electrolyte, the battery case comprising: an outer coating layer of a polymer resin constituting an external surface of the battery case in order to protect a battery cell from the outside; a metal blocking layer positioned on the inner side of the outer coating layer, and providing a moisture blocking property and heat conductivity; and an inner sealant layer of a polymer resin positioned on the inner side of the metal blocking layer and having a heat bonding property, wherein the metal blocking layer includes a first metal having excellent moldability and a second metal having high rigidity.
