Abstract:

A battery cell diagnosis device according to one embodiment of the present invention can comprise: a voltage measurement unit for measuring the voltage of each battery cell of a battery module in the open-circuit voltage state of a battery; a memory for storing the measured voltage at fixed time intervals; and an abnormality detection unit, which compares a current measurement voltage for each battery cell with a measurement voltage before a preset time so as to determine that the battery cell is abnormal if the difference between the current measurement voltage and the measurement voltage before the preset time exceeds a reference value.
