Abstract:
A battery cell according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a battery case forming the external appearance of the battery cell; an electrode assembly received inside the battery case; an electrode lead electrically connected to the electrode assembly and protruding out of the battery case; and an electrode tab protruding from the electrode assembly so as to connect the electrode assembly to the electrode lead and joined to the electrode lead by laser welding.
