Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a battery cell, a preparation method therefor and a preparation system thereof, a battery and an electrical apparatus, which can improve the performance of the battery cell. The battery cell comprises a housing, an electrode lead-out member, an electrode assembly, and a transfer component. The housing is provided with an accommodating cavity. The electrode lead-out member is provided in the housing. The electrode assembly is accommodated in the accommodating cavity, and the electrode assembly comprises a main body and a tab led out from the main body. The transfer component is configured to connect the tab and the electrode lead-out member. The surface of the transfer component is coated with a light absorbing layer, the transfer component is welded to at least one of the tab and the electrode lead-out member and forms a welding portion, and the light absorbing layer is provided around the welding portion. According to the present application, the surface of the transfer component is coated with the light absorbing layer, so as to reduce light reflection, improve the energy absorption rate of the transfer component, reduce the welding power, reduce the possibility of burning other components of the battery cell, and improve the safety of the battery cell.
