The battery cell (10) comprises: a pole piece (1), a diaphragm (2) and a tab (3), with the tab (3) being connected to the pole piece (1); and an insulation supporting portion (4), with the insulation supporting portion (4) being arranged at an end portion of the pole piece (1) and supporting the tab (3), and the tab (3) penetrating the insulation supporting portion (4) and extending outwards.
