Abstract:
A battery change positioning control system. A battery tray (2) is mounted in a battery tray holder (1); the battery tray holder (1) is provided with an exit for the battery tray (2) to protrude; a tray telescoping mechanism (3) drives the battery tray (2) to telescope on the battery tray holder (1); and the end of the battery tray (2) which can protrude to the outside of the battery tray holder (1) is the protruding end; a rotating mechanism (4) is located under the battery tray holder (1), and the rotating mechanism (4) drives the battery tray holder (1) to rotate; and a rotating detecting unit (5) and a telescoping detecting unit (6) are disposed on the battery tray (2); the rotating detecting unit (5) detects the angle between the battery tray (2) and a reference object and communicates with the rotating mechanism (4); the telescoping detecting unit (6) detects the distance between the battery tray (2) and a reference object and communicates with the tray telescoping mechanism (3). By setting detecting units such as the rotating detecting unit (5) and the telescoping detecting unit (6), the precise positioning of the battery tray (2) in the telescoping process is realized and the overall accuracy and safety of the system are improved. Further provided are a battery change device, a battery disassembly method and a battery assembly method.
