Abstract:
A battery condition evaluation device that evaluates a battery condition comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires first information regarding electrical characteristics of the battery and second information regarding external causes of deterioration of the battery; and an evaluation unit that outputs a comprehensive evaluation result regarding the condition of the battery on the basis of a first evaluation result based on the first information acquired by the acquisition unit and a second evaluation result based on the second information.
