Abstract:
Disclosed is a battery connecting plate (10), which has a connecting section (11) that connects together the electrode terminals (3, 3) of unit batteries (2) adjacent to each other in a battery module (1), and which is provided with a terminal (20) provided with an excess current blocking element, said terminal (20) having an excess current blocking element (28) connected to the terminal (30A) of a cable (30), and a terminal main body (21), which is provided with an element connecting section (23) connected to the excess current blocking element (28), a terminal section (26) connected to the electrode terminal (3), and a cable fixing section (22). The terminal (30A) of the cable (30) is formed as a conductor-exposed section (33) having a conductor (31) exposed therefrom by removing an insulating film (32). The battery connecting plate is characterized in integrally providing the connecting section (11) and an insulating section (17), which holds the conductor-exposed section (33) of the cable (30) and the terminal main body (21) in a state wherein the conductor-exposed section and the terminal main body (21) are insulated from each other.
