Abstract:
The purpose is to set an appropriate upper limit voltage in order to obtain the best charging performance from a secondary battery while effectively suppressing degradation of the secondary battery. An assembled battery control unit 150 determines an upper limit voltage during charging of the secondary battery and operates the chargeable power of the secondary battery on the basis of the upper limit voltage. The assembled battery control unit 150 comprises an upper limit voltage operation unit 152 that operates a voltage history of the secondary battery on the basis of the time-series data of the secondary battery voltage and operates the upper limit voltage on the basis of the voltage history.
