Abstract:
Provided is a technique capable of improving noise resistance to a cell monitoring section. A battery control device (10) monitors a storage element array (3) including a plurality of battery cells (3A). The battery control device (10) includes: monitoring units (31A-31D, 32A, 32B); and a plurality of communication lines (70). The communication lines (70) are connected as communication paths among the monitoring units (31A-31D, 32A, 32B). The monitoring unit (31A-31D, 32A, 32B) includes a cell monitoring section (40) for monitoring the battery cell (3A), and a plurality of insulating elements (46). One of the insulating elements (46) in the monitoring unit (31A-31D, 32A, 32B) transmits a signal while being insulated between the cell monitoring section (40) and one of the communication lines (70). The other insulating elements (46) transmit signals between the cell monitoring sections (40) and the other communication lines (70) in an insulated state.
