Abstract:
This battery control system for controlling the operation of multiple batteries which are connected to an electric power system, includes: a detection means for detecting a delay time of each battery, said delay time being an amount of time it takes for the battery to execute an operation in accordance with an execution instruction, that is, either to charge or discharge, after the execution instruction is output to the battery by the battery control system; a measurement means for measuring a frequency change rate of the electric power of the electric power system; a selection means for selecting, among the multiple batteries and on the basis of the frequency change rate and the delay time of each of the multiple batteries, an adjustment battery to be used for adjusting the electric power of the electric power system; and an instruction means for outputting an execution instruction to the adjustment battery.
