Abstract:

The present invention relates to the technical field of new-energy automotive batteries, and more specifically to a battery-cooling heat exchanger. The present invention aims at solving the problem of low heat transfer efficiency in existing heat exchangers. Therefore, the present invention provides a battery-cooling heat exchanger, and the battery cooling heat exchanger comprises: an upper housing, which is provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet; a lower housing, which can be sealedly connected to the upper housing so as to form a fluid chamber for accommodating fluid, so that the fluid flows from the liquid inlet into the fluid chamber, and then flows out from the liquid outlet, which is characterized in that the fluid chamber is provided therein with at least one S-shaped flow guide member, and the flow guide member is provided thereon with a plurality of through holes. By providing the S-shaped flow guide member in the fluid chamber and by providing the through holes on the flow guide member, fluid ejection flow is formed in the fluid chamber of the battery-cooling heat exchanger according to the present invention, thereby achieving efficient cooling for the upper housing.
