Abstract:
Disclosed are a battery cover plate assembly, a single battery, a battery module, a power battery pack and an electric car. The battery cover plate assembly comprises a cover plate (104), an electrode inner terminal (101) and an electrode outer terminal (110), wherein the electrode inner terminal (101) and the electrode outer terminal (110) are electrically connected by means of a current interruption structure (105), the battery cover plate assembly comprises a sealed chamber (103) filled with a dielectric capable of producing gas and mounted outside the cover plate (104), and the sealed chamber (103) is constructed such that the dielectric capable of producing gas is respectively electrically connected to a cathode and an anode of a battery. When the voltage difference between the cathode and anode of the battery exceeds a rated value, the dielectric produces a gas, the sealed chamber (103) is broken through under the effect of the gas pressure of the gas such that the gas enters inside the battery and flows to the current interruption structure (105), and the effect of the gas pressure is to cut off the electrical connection between the electrode inner terminal (101) and the electrode outer terminal (110).
