Abstract:
A battery cover plate assembly, a single cell battery, a battery module, a power battery pack, and an electric car, the battery cover plate assembly comprising a cover plate, electrode terminals, a current interrupt structure, and an arc extinguishing part, the electrode terminals being arranged on the cover plate and comprising an electrode inner terminal and an electrode outer terminal, the electrode inner terminal and the electrode outer terminal being electrically connected by means of the current interrupt structure, the current interrupt structure being capable of disconnecting the electrical connection between the electrode inner terminal and the electorate outer terminal under the action of air pressure, and the arc extinguishing part being used for at least weakening the arc produced when the current interrupt structure disconnects the electrical connection between the electrode inner terminal and the electrode outer terminal. When the electrical connection between the electrode inner terminal and the electrode outer terminal is disconnected, an arc effect is produced due to the high voltage at the positive and negative ends of the battery, and at this time the arc is at least reduced by the arc extinguishing part, such that the air between the disconnected two structures in the battery cover plate is not easily disrupted by the high voltage, preventing the occurrence of dangerous accidents such as battery fires or explosions, and improving the safety performance of the battery.
