Abstract:
This battery cover with an attached electrode terminal is provided with: a cover member having an outer surface, an inner surface, and an opening; packing that includes an inner flange, an outer flange, and a cylindrical part that passes through the opening of the cover member; an electrode connection terminal having a base section positioned on the inner surface side of the cover member, a connecting part for connecting to a positive electrode sheet or a negative electrode sheet, and a rivet section that projects from the base section and passes through the opening of the inside of the cylindrical part; and an outer connection terminal for joining to the rivet section on the outer surface side of the cover member. The cylindrical part is closely adhered to the sidewalls of the opening of the cover member on the outside, and closely adhered to the rivet section on the inside. The inner flange is held directly between the base section and the inner surface of the cover member. The outer flange is held directly between the outer connection terminal and the outer surface of the cover member.
