Abstract:
Provided is a battery covering material that has excellent shape stability even after molding. A battery covering material that comprises a laminate having at least a base layer, an aluminum alloy foil layer, and a thermal bonding resin layer, in that order, wherein the composition of the aluminum alloy constituting the aluminum alloy foil layer satisfies Si: 0.06 wt. % or less, Fe: 0.70 wt. % or less, Cu: 0.25 wt. % or less, Mn: 0.05 wt. % to 1.50 wt. %, Zn: 0.25 wt. % or less, V: 0.05 wt. % or less, and Ti: 0.03 wt. % or less.
