Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of battery protections, and provides a battery and a discharge control circuit thereof. The discharge control circuit comprises a detection module, a main control module, and a charge/discharge control module. An output end of the detection module is connected to an input end of the main control module, an output end of the main control module is connected to a control end of the charge/discharge control module, and an output end of the charge/discharge control module is connected to the battery. The detection module detects whether the battery needs to be discharged, and if it is detected that the battery needs to be discharged, a detection signal is output so that the main control module outputs a control signal to the charge/discharge control module, and the charge/discharge control module is controlled to output a conduction control signal to control a discharge operation of the battery. The discharge function is enabled only when it is detected that the battery needs to be discharged, and thus the battery safety is improved.
