The present invention relates to a battery frame for mounting on a vehicle, the battery frame being used for a battery mounted on the vehicle and being configured so that the battery frame protects the battery against a collision load caused by a side collision and so that the influence of the battery frame on a part around the battery is reduced. A battery frame 1 for mounting on a vehicle is configured as a frame body having a trapezoidal shape in a plan view and having a front frame member 10F, a back frame member 10B, and a pair of side frame members 20, and a battery B is disposed so as to be located inside the frame body. The front frame member 10F and the back frame member 10B each have first bendable sections 11 at the opposite end sections thereof in the width direction of the vehicle. The opposite end sections of each of the front frame member 10F and the rear frame member 10B in the width direction of the vehicle are bent at the bendable sections 11 at a first angle α, and as a result, the further the opposite end sections extend outward in the width direction of the vehicle, the closer the opposite ends are to the outer side of the frame body.
