Abstract:
A battery management system (1) comprises: a battery capacity dividing unit (11) that virtually divides the capacity of a battery (62) mounted on a moving body into a first region and a second region and enables a first user (U1) to use the battery (62) in the first region and a second user (U2) to use the battery (62) in the second region; a desired use condition recognition unit (12) that receives desired use condition information by a communication unit (40) and recognizes a desired use condition, said desired use condition information being transmitted from a use applicant terminal (210) used by a battery use applicant and presenting the desired use condition of the battery (62) in the second region; and a battery user selection unit (13) that, when the desired use condition satisfies a predetermined selection condition, selects, as the second user, the battery use applicant who has presented the desired use condition satisfying the selection condition.
